Vishwwas Jadhav has had a long and distinguished career in the manufacturing industry. Being a Production Engineering graduate he started his carrier in manufacturing industry with huge experience in Production, Maintenance, QA departments he became Six Sigma Blackbelt then SixSigma Master Blackbelt, Implemented ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and OHSAS for two multinationals as a MR and lead Auditor. When he left Job he was heading Innovation, IT, strategy and HR departments for a multinational. His first love though, and an early-life orientation has always been towards the larger humanitarian good and he spends much of his available time counseling, coaching and helping people.
His understanding of life and the interconnectedness of all phenomena give him a keen insight into peoples’ motivations as well as their inhibitions. Coupled with the numerous courses and workshops in alternative positive human psychology and meditative practices makes him a very effective counselor and guide to people on all matters, be it personal, professional or health issues.
